Claude Eanes, who has been visiting his family on Mankin Avenue, has returned to Cleveland, Ohio, where he is employed.

Mrs. Vernoy Bowles oŁ Temple Street will leave today for Bluefield, for an indefinite stay with her niece, Mrs. William Shelley.

Mr. and Mrs. Pat Wheeler, of Orchard, Avenue were week-end visitors in Parkersburg.

Mrs. Charles Higginbotham of Glenn Avenue is a patient in Charleston Memorial Hospital in Charleston, where she underwent surgery.

Mr. and Mrs. B. H. Bair, formerly of Montgomery will move this week to Beckley and will live at 215 Hargrove St.

Mr. and Mrs. R. T. Eckle and Mrs. Dana Dunn of Beckley were Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Winifred Rombeau of Johnstown Road.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Knight, who have been visiting Mrs. Knight's sister, Mrs. Sue Gwinn. of 211 Bellevue Lane, returned Sunday to their home in St. Albans.

Mrs. E. J. Richardson of Ridge Avenue, is confined to her home after being a patient in Beckley Hospital.

Bud Lovell and son of Soak Creek were visitors Saturday in Caldwell.

Miss Betty Sokola of Sophia was an overnight guest Friday in the home of Miss Margaret Lopez.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ara were guests Saturday in the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Gravely of East Gulf.

Freddie Ferguson, young son of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Ferguson of Crab Orchard, has been confined to his home because of illness. Even though he is ill Freddie celebrated his birthday last week in fine style.
