Walter F.. Miller, 72, operator of the Rainbow Gardens green house, Sun Prairie, who died Dec. 26th. left a net estate of $37.000, it was revealed today in a petition for administration filed in Dane county probate court. The petition listed assets at S40.000, and liabilities at $3,000. Next of kin is a brother, Oscar F. Miller, Milwaukee.

Paul G. Woller, 57, of 2021 E. Washington ave., who died Dec.16, left an estate of $13,000, ac- cording to a petition for adminis- tration filed today in Dane county court. Next of kin are listed as his wife, and a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Bakken,. both oŁ Madison.

Mr and Mrs. Thomas Peden arrived from Chicago Saturday afternoon to spend the New Years weekend with Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Hogan, 254 Kensington dr.

Mr. and Mrs. Claude Peter Banks, 1826 Baird st., have named their daughter Nancy Claudette, born Dec. 26 at Methodist hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. Edwin White, Route 4. have a son born Dec. 26th. at St. Mary's hospital.
