ATLANTA, Ga. Brig. Gen. Enphriam G. Peyton, 73, retired Army officer who served as chief of staff of the Eighth Corps Area and also on the War Department general staff. He commanded an infantry regiment of the 80th Division in World War I. He was born at Gallatin, Mo.
