Miss Todd of Rochester has been the recent guest of Miss Grace Sheffield.

Miss Ida Filkins entertained about twenty-five of her girl friends at dinner Friday evening at her home at No. 1 Moore street.

Miss Marieta Klinne will join her mother, Mrs. Arthur B. Klinne and her sister, Dorothy Klinne in Washington, D. C., for the holiday vacation.

Mrs. Proctor Knott Malta and Miss Adelaide-Malta left Kansas for their former home in Ashland, Ky., for a stay of several weeks.

Miss Francis Halstead, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Harvey Halstead, Who is the instructor in Psychology at Ohio State University returns early in the week to pass the holidays with her parents.

Mrs. Howard E. Lewis has been visiting for a few days in Amsterdam.

Mr.and Mrs. Nelson C. Hyde left on Thursday to pass a week at the Lake Placid club.

Mrs. Herbert Ruhrmann formerly of Chicago, is the guest of Mrs. W. Walley Davis. Mrs.Ruhrmann is on her way to Norfolk Va. where she expects to make her home.

Mr.and Mrs. W. B. Loucks will leave this week for Indianapolis, to spend the holidavs with their parents.

Mr. and Mrs. Albert Peck of Ann Arbor, Mich., are passing the holidays with Henry Allen Peck.

Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Kane and son, Gerald, will motor to New York to pass Christmas with their daughter Helen, and Mrs. Kane's parents of East Orange.

Miss Elizabeth Powell returned Friday from the St. Agnes school of Albany, and Edward A. Powell is at home from Harvard. They will pass the holidays with their Grandmother, Mrs. Milton H. Northrup.

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Loasby of New York will pass Christmas with Mrs. Loasby mother, Mrs.Ross of Auburn, and will Join in some of the holiday gayetics of the young people in Syracuse Mrs. Loasby former home.

Mrs. Walter Allen Hitchens of Mckeesport, Pa. is visiting her parents Mr. and Mrs. William c. Durst for the holidays. Mr. Hitchens will join his wife over Christmas.
