Ottawa and Dixon couples received marriage licenses today from County Clerk Sterling D. Schrock. The local pair was Ted E. Goettsch, 26, and Miss La Vonne J. Klare. 21. The Ottawa couple was Dale D Rahe, 25. and Miss Joyce Anne Morgan, 19.
