Mrs. Orland Morris oŁ 611 Thirteenth avenue was honor guest at a miscellaneous stork shower given by Mrs. Forrest Wiley in her home at 1021 Sixth street Friday evening. Mrs. Dean Bayless and Mrs. C. W. Griffin were co-hostesses. Mrs. Ralph Wiley, a resident of Fort Collins, received prizes on two games, 20 objects and Musical Notes. Mrs. Orland Morris won the Numbers; Mrs. Bayless, Dipping Cotton; Mrs. Lorraine Williams, the Baby's Many Needs, advertising contest; and Mrs. Maude Morris, mother of Orland, high on Baby's Anatomy. Prizes pertaining to each game were furnished by Mrs. Griffin who made the presentations in verse. Center of attraction were the many lovely gifts, arranged around a dainty basket, trimmed in the traditional blue and pink by the hostess, Mrs. Morris was assisted by Frances Shipley in opening and displaying her gifts. Gay floral luncheon cloths, China and stork napkins further carried out the baby theme. Mrs. Forrest Wiley, Mrs. Griffin and Helen Griffin were assisted by Mrs. Myrtle Stark, mother of the honored guest.

Past Matrons met Friday evening with Mrs. Hilda Cox. Mrs. Susan Hoydar, Mrs. Mary Adams and Mrs. Inez O'Brien were Assisting hostesses. Mrs. Lyla Carpenter and Mrs. Velma Grable were taken into membership after which a social evening was spent. Guests were Mrs. J. E. Loar and Mrs. Eva Hinds. Next meeting is scheduled for Feb. 17, at the home of Mrs. lone Atkinson. Members will meet for a covered dish luncheon.
