Judge Gerald P. Connitt ruled
yesterday.
Mrs. Fahey appeared in Municpal
Court for preliminary hearing
on charges brought in a complaint
signed by Dick Turner, a
Hayward plastering contractor of
250 Jackson St.
The complaint charges one
count of grand theft of 52,500 and
four counts of forgery totaling
15550.
