Mr. and Mrs. Jack Knowles will return tuesday from Phoenix, where they went Friday. They attended a three day convention of the Arizona Pharmaceutical Association, held at the Ramada Inn. Rep. John J. Rhodes (R Ariz.) was among the guest speak ers which included national officers of the association.

Mr. and Mr. H. W. "Bill" Delanie have received word from A. W. Barber of Dan River Mills New York City, that their daughter Patricia, has been chosen as one of three models to be photographed for national advertising. Patricia is a student at Naivity School. The advertising will be released in the spring of 1964 with the Dan River Mills ads appearing in national magazines.

Mrs. Bill (Mary) DeLanie, of the Ramada Inn management received word that her mother, Mrs. Alexander 0. Brodie of Sodona, arrived in New York City, after motoring across the United States. She left April 19 aboard the Sylvania of the Cunard line for a trip to Europe. Her first stop will be Copenhagen.

Merwyn Osborn, formerly chief deputy clerk at the City Hall, and son, Jonathan, visited ln Flagsaff Friday from their home on catalina Island, off the coast of California. They went to Camp Verde Friday evening to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Huff of the Flagstaff Rewind Company.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Metz came Sunday to visit until Wednesday with his sister, Mrs. Jack Young and husband and family. They live in Morro Bay near San Francisco, and are planning to return to Seonna to make their home by July 1.

Mrs. Helena Kruske returned last week from two weeks visit with relatives in Chicago and Detroit, going there before Easter.

Mrs. Lena Ardrey returned Saturday from Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif., where she spent 10 days visiting her daughter and son in law, Sgt. John Ricke and baby. She went there to be with her daughter while she underwent surgery. Mrs. Ricke is a sister of Mrs. W. H. Hobby of Flagstaff.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Metz, long time former Flagstaff residents have decided to return to Arizona to make their home. They purchased the Bill Etter home at Sedona, and hope to return, in July to stay. Fred says he expects to contribute some articles for Northern Arizona Pioneer Historical Society Museum. Mr. and Mrs. Metz plan to sell their home at Morro Bay near San Francisco where they have lived since 1946.

Apr. 28 — To Mr. and.Mrs. Arhur Brown, No. 41 Cottage City, a boy, James Sean Arthur, 5 Ibs. 12 ozs.

Apr. 28 — To Mr. and Mrs. Bill Boyd, of the Canyon Hotel, a boy, Clifford Duane, 6 Ibs. 10 ozs.
